Documents Required for Employment VISA ( MUMBAI SUBMISSION) :Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

  • Original Passport of candidate ( Passport must have a validity of minimum six months)
  • Original of WAKALA (Power of Attorney) in which the authorization is given to M/s Anis Al-Farnas
    Enterprises for recruiting and  processing the visa.
  • Medical report from a panel doctor approved by GAMCA Medical Centers which is mandatory for all
    candidate.
  • Original Degree attested from Saudi Culture Attache and Saudi Embassy, New Delhi  ( In case of
    professional visa category )
  • Exit paper( If been to Saudi Arabia on Employment Visa before)
  • (Twelve) 6 x 4 cm sized white background color photographs.

    professional visa category )
  • Exit paper( If been to Saudi Arabia on Employment Visa before)

Insurance (Pravasi Bhartiya Bima Yojna)

At times when work takes outside India, one might be exposed to certain risks or danger. Therefore, the Ministry of External Affairs has framed guidelines for all Indian applying for emigration clearance emigrants going abroad for employment purposes with ECR (Emigration Clearance Required) irrespective of the passport category to compulsorily take out this insurance cover. We at Anis Al-Farnas Enterprises purchase this insurance premium for candidates under Pravasi Bhartiya Bima Yojna.

INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT SERVICES

The employer and the M/s Anis Al-Farnas Enterprises, should execute an agency agreement between
them stating adequately the terms and conditions regarding demand and supply of manpower from
India. This agreement should be signed by both the parties towards acceptance of stated terms and
conditions upon which the manpower trade will be executed.
There are different documentation requirements for foreign companies, depending on where these
companies are domiciled, but generally, three important documents are asked:

  • DEMAND LETTER Employer/Principal will formally issue a demand letter in favor of Employer.
    The demand letter will contain all the information such as food, medical, transport, air passage, accommodation etc.And other amenities that is essentially required for an employee.
  • POWER OF ATTORNEY After demanding letter the second step is Employer/Sponsor will issue on Company’s Letter Head the Power of Attorney in favour of M/s Anis Al-Farnas Enterprises addressed to the concerned Embassy /Consulate in India, informing him that M/s Anis Al-Farnas Enterprises is our authorized Recruiting Agent in India holding a genuine recruitment license Issued by Ministry of External Affairs Govt. of India here by authorize to deal with submissions and delivery, all visa matters, with the said Embassy.
  • EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT The Agreement of Employment is standard employment contract that is done between employer and employee.

 

Emigration Clearance

We provide timely Emigration services from the Indian Emigration Services department. The entire emigration process is managed professionally by our qualified team. Emigration Clearance sticker shall be pasted by the POE office only if the individual having an Emigration Check Required (ECR) Passport, approaches POE office himself or through a Recruiting Agent. ECR Endorsements on the passports are stamped by the Regional Passport Officers.
In case of unskilled worker, farm worker and women emigrant, Employment agreement attested by Indian Embassy is mandatory. Medical Assistance

GAMCA – (Gulf Approved Medical Centers Association)
As a prerequisite to employment in the Gulf countries Indian Nationals taking up employment to GCC-member countries such as Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and United Arab Emirates (U.A.E) are required to be examined and issued a Medical Fitness Certificate.
GAMCA (Gulf Approved Medical centers Association) is an association created to provide medical examinations to expatriates intending to join the Labor Market in the GCC countries .This association has provided an electronic platform through which the health results are shared to all organizations of interest; all electronically via their official website.
